Terms and Conditions

· The winner will be drawn by Circular Head Tourism within 10 working days of the close of the competition.

· Entrants must subscribe to Circular Head Tourism email list to be eligible.

· Travel must be requested within 6 weeks after the draw date, and at least 1 month before the preferred travel date. All travel must be completed by 30JUN10.

· All requests are subject to availability. Dates can not be guaranteed (availability during school & public holiday periods will be restricted).

· Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value.

· If unused, bookings are forfeited and have no refund/credit value.

· All entrants give Circular Head Tourism permission to publish their entries.

· Prize is for 2 nights accommodation only. All other costs and expenses (including travel costs such as car hire, flights, meals, beverages, room upgrades, spending money, insurances, service charges, transfers and ancillary costs) are not included in the Prize unless specified and are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner, unless otherwise stated.

· Accommodation is for two people only, additional charges for extra persons.

+ This prize cannot be used on existing bookings or in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
+ Total prize pool valued at over $2600.
